Chrome Extension
The fastest route from browser activity to relationship memory.
The Chrome extension is designed for one practical job: pull relationship data out of the places you already use and move it into Rolo, where it becomes durable context instead of scattered browser residue.
What it does
It removes the worst part of setting up a relationship system.
Turn connection lists into usable relationship context.
Instead of exporting CSVs and cleaning them by hand, the extension captures your LinkedIn connections and moves them into Rolo where they become searchable, reviewable, and attached to real follow-through.
Pull DM relationships into the same system as the rest of your network.
If important relationships start in DMs, they should not stay trapped there. The extension helps convert those names into people records you can actually work with inside Rolo.
Rolo
Import is only the front door. The product does the real work after that.
Once contacts land in Rolo, they can feed search, prep, notes, and follow-up workflows without forcing you to rebuild your network from scratch.
Install
How to install it
The setup should feel light. The point is to reduce friction, not create another onboarding project.
01
Open Google Chrome on desktop
The extension is built for desktop Chrome, so start there rather than trying to run the flow from another browser.
02
Install and pin the extension
Install the Rolo extension, then pin it so it is available the moment you need to import from a supported page.
03
Stay signed in to Rolo in the same browser
That lets the extension authenticate cleanly and send imported contacts directly into your account.
Use
How to use it
The extension is intentionally narrow in scope. It should do one high-value job well, then hand you back to Rolo.
Go to LinkedIn Connections or Instagram DMs
01
Start from the page where the relationships already live instead of exporting and reformatting data elsewhere.
Run the import flow
02
The extension detects supported pages and handles the import path in-browser, which removes most of the tedious setup work.
Use the imported people in Rolo
03
Review the synced contacts in Rolo and continue from there with search, prep, notes, tags, and relationship tracking.
Current scope
Today it is focused on importing high-value relationship sources cleanly.
The current workflow is intentionally specific: LinkedIn connections and Instagram DM contacts. That narrower scope keeps the extension useful instead of bloated.
